As thought leaders and practitioners, we aim to build skills and knowledge, while helping clients leverage their own expertise to build for more effective programs and organizations. With our support, clients increase capacity not only to lead initiatives, but to engage in collaborative efforts with non-traditional partners. Our work has built connections and competencies among youth, regional planners, business leaders, educators, faith-based communities, public safety workers, and community development agencies.

Training &Â Technical Assistance
We believe that engaged and skilled youth and adults create positive and lasting change in communities. Through training, technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring, HRiA provides community leaders and coalitions, businesses, government institutions, and nonprofit organizations with the skills and support they need to build healthy communities. We work with young people to hone their ability to advocate for community and policy change, partner with parent leaders to create healthier homes and work environments, provide strategic guidance to organizations looking to build more inclusive, culturally competent programming, and help businesses develop worksite wellness programs. With our knowledge and depth of experience, HRiA can deliver tailored training and technical assistance programs that build individual, group, and community-wide capacity to create healthy equitable communities.

At HRiA we believe strong organizations are the building blocks of social change. The foundation of organizational effectiveness is high-performing teams that work cross-functionally towards clearly articulated vision, mission, and goals.
